Hotjar analyses the online behaviour and voice of website users, by combining both analysis tools and feedback tools. This is achieved through tracking code which provides a script to your computer or device. The script captures specific data related to your interaction with a particular webpage.

Protecting the privacy of the young, i.e. children under the age of 13, is especially important.
